This one was not planned at all, it came about instead from an inside joke. The year this was made was the same year that Universal's Halloween Horror Nights' had "Jack's Carnival of Carnage", which naturally my friends and I perverted into Dr. Rockzo's Carnival of Cocaine" and made jokes about it all night... it was a good year.
