A sort of parody within a parody.
You see I have this thing I'll do... When I have a game series I really like... I mean REALLY like, I'll usually do a parody of it.
I've done parodies of Mario Bros., Oddworld, Pokemon, Sonic the Hedgehog, ect. (Pokemon and Sonic being my best)
Well within my Sonic parody, ButtMunch the Stinkhound, this odd little Tim Burton like Sonic appears secretly at times to substitute for the "real" Sonic if he's needed.
Turbo is a reckless nitwit who's constantly buzzed on caffine and sugar, and possibly drugs as well. 99.9% of the time he's running at the speed of sound and trying to go faster, this time is typically taken up though with Dr. Robohead (Dr. Robotnik) trying to kill him!
