Having recently purchased NiGHTS Journey of Dreams, I must say, it's a rather nice game and has once again brought back my love for the old Sonic Team series... However, I just have two complaints with the game.

Number one being Reala's new design. As a whole, it actually looks kind of cool... But the frilly collar and gaudy Persona Mask just seems a touch... Out of place. My first thought upon seeing him this way was Reala making an entrance by shouting out in an obsenely femmy voice; "Don't I look FABULOUS!!!" Granted, it does seem to convert better into 3-D than in concept art, and truthfully I overlook it, it's not that big a deal, he just looks a little comical.

My other problem, and this one being the bigger of the two is that sadly, my favorite villain from NiGHTS Into Dreams, Jackle, is missing from it. It's something that irks me every time I play, knowing he won't show up. What with actual story segments and cut scenes he really could have had an awesome part in it, but sadly he was removed; But aside from that, it's pretty cool.

So, with these few problems in mind I decided to make a picture about them, so there you have it. And before anyone starts griping that Reala doesn't look "cannon", I draw Reala this way on purpose because I feel like it; So there.
